Harsh Mariwala leads Marico Limited as its Chairman. He is also Chairman and Managing Director of Kaya Limited. Over the past three decades, Harsh has transformed traditional commodities driven business into a leading consumer products and services company in the Beauty and Wellness space. He was the President of FICCI in 2011. He has held the position of YPO Education, Membership and Chapter Chair for the Bombay Chapter and was a member of the International Forum Board of YPO International.
Mr. CK Ranganathan is the Founder Chairman of CavinKare. A pioneer of innovation, Mr. CK Ranganathan has shaped the company to create innovative products by combining the best of nature and technology to improve the lifestyle of consumers. Under his inspiring leadership, the company while expanding into Personal Care, also diversified into Food, Beverages, Dairy and Snacks categories, both in domestic and international markets. He was the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Tamil Nadu State Council for the year 2009-10. He is also the former President of the Madras Management Association.
A versatile artist, Raja Krishnamoorthy, better known by his screen name, Kitty is a critically acclaimed Indian director, screenwriter, and actor, who is noted for his work primarily in Tamil cinema and TV industry. He is the director at Talent Maximus India Pvt. Ltd. a Chennai based HR services organization. An alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, after completing his studies, Kitty, started working with Mukund Iron & Steel as a management trainee and worked as a Personnel Manager with ITC Welcome Group. As a Trainer & consultant in the area of organization development, he does extensive work in organizational culture, team synergy, transformation & leadership skills and personal growth thru self-awareness.

ASCENT has proved its worth as a trademark platform in Mumbai as a non-profit expression of Harsh Mariwala’s personal passion to identify and enable high-potential, growth-stage entrepreneurs in their journey.
Since the inception in 2012, ASCENT Mumbai Chapter has selected over 350 entrepreneurs as members from more than 1200 applications received, who are a part of 30 operational Trust Groups. The composition of these members is quite diverse with a 50:50 split between Manufacturing Industries and Service Industries; 44% Family Managed Business; 10% Women Entrepreneurs and in all about 65+ diverse industries represented. The aggregate annual revenue of the ASCENT members is more than Rs. 16,000 crores with individual member turnover ranging from Rs. 1 crore to Rs. 2000+ crores.
